Paul McCobb Bench + Chest - SOLD

We fully refinished this solid maple modular unit.  It was designed mid-century by the Massachusetts-born, legendary furniture designer, Paul McCobb. McCobb designed these pieces for the Planner Group collection, which was among the best-selling contemporary furniture lines of the 1950s.  The Planner Group collection was manufactured by the Winchendon Furniture Company.  This 2-piece unit consists of a 2-drawer chest, and a tapered leg platform bench.  The metal ring pulls on the drawers are original.  The drawers are lined with Anthropologie's charcoal Primate wallpaper.  The total unit height is 31".  The bench itself measures:  36"W x 18"D x 14 1/2"H.  The dresser measures: 24"W x 18"D x 16 1/2"H.
