Striped Thayer Coggin Coffee Table - SOLD

This low-profile vintage coffee table is stamped Thayer Coggin.  We suspect it was designed in the 1960s by Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin.  Baughman was a pioneer in modern design.  He was one of the leading modern furniture designers of the second half of the 20th century.  From 1953 to 2003, Thayer Coggin and Milo Baughman collaborated on designs and production techniques that came to define the mid-century modern era of American residential furniture.  This was a true rehab project. We fully refinished the table and then introducing the white painted stripe pattern over the stained wood.  For added durability, we applied multiple coats of clear polyurethane over the stripe pattern.  This table measures: 30" W x 30"D x 15"H.
