This large-scale acrylic painting was created in January of 2015 by Blue Lamb's creative director Lauren Drake Santoro.  It is a monochromatic portrait of Janis Joplin, the legendary American singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the late 1960s.  Janis was known for her powerful, blues-inspired vocals.  Her voice has been described as "one of the most distinctive and galvanizing in pop history."
