6 Gold Velvet Folding Chairs + Table - SOLD

This is a beautiful vintage set of 6 folding chairs and 1 card table.  They've got a bit of a Hollywood Glam factor, which we love.  The set was manufactured mid-century (possibly by the Fritz Chair Co. in NY), and it is in nearly mint condition.  The seats are upholstered gold velvet.  The frames are a complimentary gold. Everything folds up easily, including the table.  The table top is gold velvet covered by clear vinyl. 

3-Tone MCM Highboy - SOLD

This handsome 4-drawer chest was manufactured mid-century, circa 1961.  We modernized its look by mixing some original stained wood elements with new hand-painted elements. The brass pulls on the drawers are original.  The drawers have dovetail joints.  This piece measures: 34"W x 18"D x 40 1/2"H. 

3-Drawer Drexel Campaign Dresser - SOLD

This mid-century "Campaigner" is looking awfully dapper in this rich shade of green.  Phil and I love the depth of this color, and we love the way it compliments the beautiful brass hardware.  The 3-drawer chest was manufactured in 1965 by Drexel.  Campaign style furniture stems from 19th century British military campaign trunks, which were specifically designed to break down into sections, making them easier for soldiers to carry.  The brass corners protected the trunks from dings.  Now, they're simply decorative.  This chest is very well built. The drawers have dovetail joints.  The chest measures: 30"W x 19 1/4"D x 30 1/4"H. 

9-Drawer Drexel Campaign Dresser - SOLD

Teak Credenza/Media Console - SOLD

We transformed this vintage credenza by replacing its skirt at the base with a new set of hand-turned tapered wooden legs, and by refinishing the wood with a richer, darker finish.  This piece has two sliding doors, and one height-adjustable shelf on either side.  It measures: 60"W x 18"D x 30"H.  It is available for purchase at Salt and Grove (a new artisan boutique) at 22 Liberty Street in Newburyport.

Pair of White Lacquered Nightstands - SOLD

Phil and I collaborated with a fellow cabinet maker to design and build this pair of mid-century inspired nightstands.  They are very solid pieces made from recycled materials. The nightstands feature two drawers (that slide like butter), leather and brass finger pulls (that we handmade), and hand-turned tapered wooden legs.  Each chest measures: 22"W x 16"D x 24"H. 

White MCM Lowboy w/ Sculpted Pulls - SOLD

Twin Jenny Lind Bed Frame - SOLD

Phil and I rarely find a Jenny Lind like this one.  This one is darling! The shape is definitely unique.  There is a headboard and a foot board with beautifully turned spool posts, and painted wooden side rails.  The color of the paint is a very light blue gray.  We recommend purchasing a low-profile box spring and a standard twin size mattress for this frame.  You can scope this one out in our showroom at The Barn at Todd Farm, Rowley.
