Swedish White + Wood MCM Highboy - SOLD

This 4-drawer chest was manufactured mid-century (circa 1960) in Sweden.  The wood grain on the drawer fronts is particularly beautiful.  We refinished the shell of this piece with  multiple hand-painted coats of Benjamin Moore premium semigloss paint over primer.  The chest measures: 36"W x 18"D x 42"H.

4-Poster Full/Double Bed Frame - SOLD

This is a beautiful vintage 4-poster full/double bed frame.  The color we chose for it is Benjamin Moore's Coventry Gray.  It is a very pale blue gray.  The color is fairly accurately captured in the color swatch at the bottom of this post.  This headboard measures: 54"W x 52 1/4"H.  The foot board measures: 54"W x 49 1/4"H. 

Gray Bow-Front Highboy - SOLD

This classy bow-front dresser was manufactured in the early 1900s by White Fine Furnishings.  We hand-painted the body with multiple coats of a premium semi-gloss paint over primer.  The color is Benjamin Moore's Templeton Gray, a beautiful blue green gray.  This piece measures: 35"W x 21"D x 55"H.

Gray Bow-Front Lowboy - SOLD

This classy bow-front dresser was manufactured in the early 1900s by White Fine Furnishings.  We hand-painted the body with multiple coats of a premium semi-gloss paint over primer.  The color is Benjamin Moore's Templeton Gray, a beautiful blue green gray that is hard to capture in photos.  This piece measures: 42"W x 21"D x 37 1/2"H.  It is on display in our showroom at the beautifully renovated Barn at Todd Farm in Rowley, MA (275 Main St. / Rt 1A).  The Barn at Todd Farm is a multi-dealer antique, vintage, and handmade craft shop.  It is open to the public Wednesday thru Saturday 10:30AM - 5PM, and Sunday 9AM - 4PM. 

Jenny Lind Headboards - SOLD

Phil and I take on a fair amount of commissioned projects, which we don't always have time to post, but we didn't want these beautiful Jenny Lind Headboards to slip under the radar.  The colors on these Jennys are Benjamin Moore's Waterbury Green and Templeton Gray.

Graphite MCM Desk w/ Chrome Pulls - SOLD

This classic 5-drawer desk was manufactured mid-century. We refinished this one in Benjamin Moore's Graphite in a semi-gloss finish.  The polished metal drawer pulls are original.  This piece measures: 40"W x 18"D x 31"H. 

Johnson Carper Lowboy - SOLD

Phil and I love this line of dressers for their beautiful architectural details and solid build.  This 6-drawer chest was manufactured circa 1960 by the Johnson/Carper Furniture Co.  It  measures: 50"W x 18"D x 30"H.

Gray Mainline by Hooker MCM Chest - SOLD

This handsome 3-drawer chest was manufactured mid-century by Mainline by Hooker.  We refinished it in Benjamin Moore's Kendall Charcoal in a semi-gloss finish.  The brass drawer pulls and leg caps are original. They have a cool patina.  This piece measures: 34"W x 19 1/2"D x 33 1/2"H.

Set of 6 MCM Ladder Back Dining Chairs - SOLD

This set of six vintage cherry dining chairs are very sturdy and very comfortable.  We lightly refurbished the wood on the frames, and we redid the upholstery.  The seats now have brand new, high-density foam cushions and batting.  The upholstery is a high-end, highly durable, indoor/outdoor fabric by Perennials.  The print on the fabric is called Basket Case. It is a pale blue gray pattern on a white background.  Each chair measures: 18"W x 20 1/2"D x 36 1/2"H.

Set of 4 Arne Jacobsen Series 7 Chairs - SOLD

Phil and I adore this set of white Danish Arne Jacobsen Series 7 chairs.  They are versatile, comfortable, and easy on the eyes.  The new finish on these chairs is multiple coats of Benjamin Moore premium semi-gloss paint over primer.  The seats are bent plywood.  The bases are metal.  They are stamped, "Made in Denmark."  Each chair measures: 20 1/2"W x 20"D x 31"H.

Gray 9-Drawer MCM Lowboy - SOLD

This mid-century modern chest of drawers has the simple, classic, clean lines that we love. We refinished this piece with multiple hand-painted coats of a Benjamin Moore premium semi-gloss paint over primer.  The color is Amherst Gray.  The tapered wooden legs have also been refinished.  All nine drawers slide well, and are solidly constructed with dovetail joints.  The original brass drawer pulls have a beautiful natural patina.  This is a very versatile, statement worthy piece of furniture.  It would be excellent for storage in any room.  This dresser measures: 60"W x 18"D x 30"H.

Modern Vintage Twin bed Frame - SOLD

This twin bed frame was manufactured circa 1940.  We brightened it up with multiple coats of Benjamin Moore White Dove premium semi-gloss paint over primer.  When fully assembled, the frame measures: 41 1/4"W x 78 1/2"L x 38 1/2"H.  The foot board measures: 24"H.  Refinished side rails (and slats that support a twin box spring) are included.  This bed frame is currently on display in our showroom at The Barn at Todd Farm in Rowley, MA.  The barn at Todd Farm is open Wednesday thru Saturday 10:30-5PM, and Sunday 9AM-4PM.

King-Size Kent Coffey Predicta Headboard - SOLD

This beautifully sculpted king headboard was manufactured mid-century for the Kent Coffey Predicta line.  The color we chose for it is Benjamin Moore's Wedgewood Gray. This piece measures: 81 1/2"W x 2"D x 36 1/2"H. 

White, Graphite + Wood MCM Lowboy - SOLD

This 9-drawer dresser was manufactured mid-century. We painted the 3 center drawers Bejamin Moore's Graphite,  and the outer shell White Dove.  Quite possibly our favorite design element though is the new set of polished brass knobs.  They're so pretty! We purchased them from Rejuvenation.  This piece measures: 64 1/2"W x 18 3/4"D x 30 3/4"H.  It is on display in our showroom at The Barn at Todd Farm in Rowley, MA (275 main St., Rt 1A).  The Barn at Todd Farm is open Wednesday thru Saturday 10:30AM-5PM, and Sunday 9AM-4PM.
